For Cortana and other ‘services’ to work, W10 collects extensive data – personal, included.
This is used in an ‘aggregated form’ (supposedly ‘depersonalized’). A user can (with extensive knowledge of W1o’s switches, and how to get at them) theoretically turn them off, but most won’t out of fear/ignorance of how to do it.
Ashampoo AntiSpy collects all those settings in one manageable interface where you can configure them as you wish. It works ONLY with W10.
