Making it safe for cryptocurrency mining

Norton...remember how much we loved it? Me either.

“As the crypto economy continues to become a more important part of our customers’ lives, we want to empower them to mine cryptocurrency with Norton, a brand they trust,” said Vincent Pilette, CEO of NortonLifeLock. “Norton Crypto is yet another innovative example of how we are expanding our Cyber Safety platform to protect our customers’ ever-evolving digital lives."

Really? Is he joking?

This is incredible. Never mind that this new software will make it safer to use software from doubtful sources to try and unlock codes. It will shorten your computer's life. It seems possible that Norton's longer range plan is to set up pools of computers with their Crypto software, sort of like the SETI model to decrease individual computer loads.

Just think: This crap, along with Norton's "security software" will arrive as crapware/bloatware on some new computers!

This is a security software company?

Norton for sure is a security software company, moreover a good one. I use this antivirus a lot of time. I am informed a lot about this Antivirus. Idk why you don't like it. I didn't have any bad experience with this AV. I like Norton 360 Antivirus because it has a perfect result in protecting the device from various malware through tests, research, and multiple reports. I had a period when my computer was hacked very often, and thanks to this antivirus, everything seems to be okay. I came across this antivirus thanks to a page. I hope everything will be fine and not have such unpleasant situations.

No.

Pretty much any other AV program is better.
