Good morning, and good month! Hoping winter will be short.

Tom, you're working circles around me....lol.
My laptop sporting EVA
Hello again all. I have a problem. The last screenshot of my 3 screens set up may be lost and I need some help. I had to disconnect my laptop and use it at the library and I knew it would look messed up on the laptop only screen but when I brought it back home and reconnected it to the other 2 monitors when I got home it is now missing background images and some of my widgets are moved even though I have them all locked from moving. Any thoughts on how to keep this from happening?
What's up bmatt! First of all, I can't say anything to you about your setup because I only have one screen!
Secondly, does your setup make you more efficient along with killer looks and style?
And lastly (cause I can get long-winded with this stuff) if you go through the screen shot gallery, there are tons of concepts and tastes which helps you gain knowledge and ideas. Some of my favorite screen shooters are Chasbo, winstar4, Diafragma and vervi59. These guys cut the edge, each one has their own unique style and are totally innovative.
Just keep pushing, keep on learning and keep on evolving bmatt. From what I'm seeing in your screen shot, you're doing great!

I don't think there is a solution, this is expected behaviour.
When you say missing background images, do you mean you no longer have the images? Or you have to reapply?
If by chance you have set any backgrounds via set as background from a browser, you will lose those. They are in a temp file. Download and save, then apply.
Hope you get it sorted.
I have Photoshop open for work on one screen, several Skype windows open on another screen, and a third screen for whatever else. I could easily have 8-10 windows open at once without any of them overlapping.
RedNeckDude said it right. I am a trader and a designer so I have stock charts one screen, Floorplans on another and penny stocks on another. It works very well.
Thanks, everyone for your input. I honestly feel they should give newbies a heads up. If I knew this info I would not have spent the money or invested the time into doing this. I did, however, in reply to some of you #1 have al my widgets on one screen. #2 did have backgrounds applied via a saved file on my computer, not from an internet source. I can guess that maybe I can use Actual Multiple Monitors and just design this on my laptop and duplicate the screen onto one of my large monitors but the scale may still be off
