I don't know if you've seen this, but since there are LastPass users here, thought I'd update you.

"In November, LastPass made a big change to its service, allowing users to keep track of their passwords across all their internet-enabled mobile and desktop devices, free of charge. In addition to the free tier, the cross-platform password manager - available on iOS, Android, and Windows 10 - also offered a Premium plan with additional features, priced at $12 per year.

LastPass Premium has now doubled in price to $24 a year, which includes "emergency access, the ability to share single passwords and items with multiple people, priority tech support, advanced multi-factor authentication, LastPass for applications, and 1GB of encrypted file storage", along with all the other features of the Free tier.

However, unlimited sharing and emergency access have now been removed from the Free plan, and will only be available to Premium subscribers. Those users on the Free tier "who currently have an emergency contact selected will continue to have access to this feature," LastPass added." - Neowin

So folks, if you had those features selected, you're still ok. If not, *poof*, they're gone (sort of). To examine the features, there's a nice table in the Neowin article.

There are alternatives to LastPass: KeyPass, 1Password and more. You want one that stores passwords locally. There are more, and on the linked apps, there's a button for the official website (which is where you should download from as it's safer).
