These are the less expensive versions of Photoshop and Premiere ($99.99 each, bundle for $149.99) have been released (for Mac and Windows) with better selection tools (hair, fur selection much better than in 13) as well as dehaze and shake reduction have also been introduced. This merits a look see, as these are good tools for creating art and for processing your photos. Mac users should be looking at “Affinity” as well.
These programs are not part of Adobe's Creative Cloud, as far as I can tell.
