Another thing I'm gonna have a bitch about are the covert links that take one to a pr0n site when in fact one wanted just to go to a recipe site to find a scrumptious desert.  Yup, it's a proper bastard when that happens.  You know that milk is gonna be one of the ingredients, and there you are, confronted by these enormous juggs containing no milk whatsoever.  Then there was the time we did a search for spotted dick [UK (mostly) and some Aussie members would know what this is] and we ended up with pics of acne covered penises instead.  I thought "like WTF, I wanted a pudding recipe and instead ended up with 'pudding club' enabling equipment.  It's just not on.

Nope, pr0n has to be up front so one can go to it if one desires...and web page links have to be non-redirecting as well. Meaning that if I click on a link to a giraffe documentary I don't get redirected to a page streaming 'Deep Throat'  Like people want what they ask for/ expect, and they're not gonna be happy if they go into a store asking for condoms and walk out with a cement mixer.  And that's my point!  Let's do away with the covert shit and be more up front and honest about what we're peddling, okay?

Trojan horse.  The regulations they're voting on specifically allow a tiered system as they designate it a common carrier, supposedly to stop that practice.

Title 2 classification isn't going to make anything better.  If you really think regulating it under the same rules they're using for phone service is great, you've got issues.  People in big cities can get decent internet for less than they spend on their local phone bill thanks to the massive level of taxation that comes with being a "public" service.

I love the idea of net neutrality.  I don't trust Uncle Fuck Me In The Ass to actually do it.  Not when half my land line and 17% of my cell phone bill are taxes because of them.

Besides I believe Mr. Frogman himself has stated a few times now (in various threads) that the Stardock forums don't cater to children.   I could be wrong but I seem to remember him saying something like that.........ie. the 'Breaking Bad Thread'.

In my opinion if net neutrality ever really existed.......it most certainly (in my opinion) will not ever again.  Between the almighty advertising dollar and the dollars of 'back-rooms' etc. we're in for an interesting 'net landscape' that's for sure! 

Stardock's sites [and thus Forums] require membership via an email address/registration which is restricted [especially in the US] to 13 years and over [unless specific parent/guardian permission is provided]...see 'COPPA' [google it].

Wording such as psychoak's is thus permitted - provided it's contextual and not punctuational ...
