Ramblings of an old Doc

MSDN blog has released free ebooks…again! Last time it was 80.

This time? A whole new batch of free technical ebooks that cover everything from Windows 8, to Office 2013, to SQL Server, and much more. Each Ebook is pretty long…for IT pros and home users too.

A million folks grabbed within 2 days…closing in on 2 million if not there already! There’s no need to rush, though. It’s not time limited as Eric Ligman (your genial host) points out.

Most are in pdf format…go get what you want or…you can download them all.

Wow, I've been looking for technical eBooks: 1kUAt6F, 1r1y9MB, and 1j8qQm4!

As you may guess I am a little annoyed that I have to blindly download an eBook in order to determine whether it may be of interest to me.

As it was pointed out in the article...there are supposedly plugins which will show you what they are...

But even without them, in the first article in Sources, the ebooks are shown at the foot of the msdn blog.
