At Photoshop World, Adobe has announced a new offer for photographers and graphic artists.

Used to be that if you wanted Photoshop CC, it would cost you $19.99 per month. Now, until December 31st, if you own a copy of Photoshop from CS3 or more recent, you are eligible for this offer:
