Ramblings of an old Doc

It probably isn’t the best of the alternatives, but it’s a $30 value free today only.

You can read about it and get it here:  http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/xyplorer-11-90/

One big minus with XYPlorer is the inability to get 2 panes for dragging and dropping.

Remember: Make a restore point, don’t install it if you don’t need it, do some research and choose “Advanced” set up to avoid any tool bars, etc.

Other alternatives are Xplorer2 (which has a portable version), FreeCommander, Total Commander, and DOpus.

There are others as well.

Ive been using Xplorer2 since windows 98. To me it's the best. There is a free 32bit lite version.

I try to stay away from that stuff. One explorer is enough. Besides.....I don't even use explorer. Links is all I need and I got them going in all different directions. lol
