Ramblings of an old Doc

I joined Boopish.com yesterday… Betty’s new site. It’s still being built, but it’s still a great place to go…please check it out!

Another really fine site for Photoshop tutorials is Photolesa.com  (once The Graphic Reporter) . I recommend both these sites strongly for folks who are interested in expanding their knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Lesa is a truly gifted teacher and is internationally recognized as a Photoshop guru.

So… how is that tied to this post? Betty has a section for tutorials as well as off site tutorials. For skinners, these are great tuts, and for graphics folks and new users of the various older and newer versions of Photoshop, the keyboard shortcuts RULE!

The Lr as well as CS cheatsheets are on Speccy .

For those looking for cheatsheets for CS5, Photoshop Elements and iPhoto 11, go here: https://www.facebook.com/photolesa and if you click “Like”, you’ll find a set of “freebies” waiting for you.

So go check this stuff out, and start using Photoshop! Remember, the more you learn, the braver you get… and Photoshop senses fear!

Wow this is fabulous stuff Doc. In Boopish.com I found loads of awesome brushes for CS4.  I briskly looked through the rest. Mounds of information for everything by the looks of it. So little time.                  Thanks oodles.

It's a great little site, a work in progress, and I can tell you that the offsite Ps tutorials are really well chosen and just great. The tutorials on photolesa.com are really step by step and by a truly great teacher.

I knew zero Photoshop until Hankers told me about a 3 day session on CS5 which Lesa taught. I spent 3 days learning more than you would believe. Since then, I've tried to get folks to watch those free webinars...
