As the title says… opens a lot of possibilities… educational (asking questions as you watch might help teach topics), or reinforcing advertising.
Once activated, the question prompt brings you to a new “prompt" menu” to take you to a page to add more questions. They can be in pretty much any format.
A Dutch site tried testing this (WebSonic.nl) said that when they inputted questions, the add-ons failed to display.

There’s no guarantee it’ll be incorporated in YouTube, but you can leave feedback. I tried and succeeded once, but failed subsequently.
One thing occurs to me: People may well be led to dubious sites through this.
