I know many of you folks are tight on money just now, especially just before the holidays...

So how about this deal? Kaspersky Pure Internet Security with a three user license for free (after submitting the rebate).

The deal ends October 24th (or sooner - sorry, no specifics available).

So if your're interested, get busy. Don't forget to submit the rebate, and renew as close to the renewal date as possible as your renewal

clock resets to that date.

Well, it is...but Kaspersky doesn't get a lot out of it....not until renewal time, anyway...

50 bucks US and the regular price can't be too much more I'd imagine having not priced it but come time to renew the subscription ... I don't know. Both Norton and McAffee charge that much every six months. At least Norton did when I got my first laptop. Funny thing that ...... it was supposed to last for six months but expired after six weeks. I had gotten rid of it by then.

A year free. What have you got to lose???

on Oct 19, 2011

well, not only does one have to create an account with LogicBuy, a third party vendor, but the cost through Kaspersky is $69.95 per year. One would assume that most people that visit these pages already have some free anti-virus program installed.

there is the potential to lose the $50 if the mail in rebate stalls for some reason, has been known to happen.

What makes Kaspersky Pure Internet Security better than all the rest and what I'm running?

Make a copy.... 42¢ for another stamp. For $70 worth of excellent protection? Still a good deal imo.

That linked me to Logicbuy, via Newegg this morning...

@Philly: Kaspersky isn't being reviewed here... it was rated #1 last time I looked.
