Any Video Converter is an all-in-one video converting freeware with easy-to-use graphical interface, fast converting speed, and excellent video quality. It can convert almost all video formats including DivX, XviD, MOV, RM, RMVB, MPEG, VOB, DVD, WMV, and AVI to MPEG-4 movie format for PSP or other portable video device, MP4 player, or smartphones. The freeware also converts video files between multiple formats and downloaded YouTube videos.

Unfortunately, it’s website doesn’t detail tech specs, so I can’t tell you if it supports x64 or not.

Lifehacker places it in the top 10. Take a look at it.

You can also get it from download.com or other sites without having to sign-up for zdnet.

I've used Any Video Converter for a few years now and find it one of the simplest and easiest to use, and the results are quite decent, also.  It is one of a number of tools I keep in my media tools arsenal, and one I will continue to use for a few more years yet, simply because it beats many of its freeware competitor and some pay-for proggies hands down.

There's also Any Audio Converter from the same publisher... from the freeware section on their home page, or C-Net, MajorGeeks, etc

Doc approved and Starkers tested!  Can't get any better than that!
