Lifehacker is a great website. I love it for it’s DIY’s and articles. Adam Dachis has published a tutorial series on Photoshop there which is worthy of attention.
Adobe Photoshop is an incredibly powerful software program for image creation and processing. It’s my favorite hobby since learning of it here on WinCustomize.
For the longest time I was afraid to touch it or use it… that is until a dear friend, mrs. starkers (my favorite pyrate girl) started a thread “Pick Your Face”. We [starkers and his missus, Ed (of blessed memory), and others] all had a blissfully ignorant and fun time on that thread probably deafening (and blinding) others with our carryings on. Then, it became clear we didn’t know anything (at all) and that was my spur to start learning.
OK, I’ve bored you enough. Back to Lifehacker and Adam Dachis who has put together a wonderful series of articles on Photoshop techniques, as well as a list of resources off Lifehacker. I’ve bookmarked this page since there’s just too much to learn at any sitting:
