Note Anywhere extension for Chrome Browser:

Folks using Sticky notes usually have them plastered around the monitor and computer desk but Note Anywhere for Chrome takes them to individual browser pages.

You visit the website like you always do. The extension adds a small sticky notes icon to the Chrome address bar and a click on that icon adds a new sticky note to the web page just right click it and change color, font size, etc. You can also see all your notes.

When you reopen the site, the sticky notes will be there, until you delete them!
