Ramblings of an old Doc

Although it’s been around for iPhones and Android for about four years, and for Windows 8/8.1 since last year, it has finally come to MS’s Windows Phone.

Its features?

Easy touch-ups
  • Fix photos fast—crop, straighten, rotate, flip, adjust color, and remove red eye and pet eye.
  • Adjust hue, brightness, white balance, and more with easy slider controls.
  • Enhance in fun artistic ways with Looks like Vibrant, Superpunch, and Glow.
  • Add a finishing touch with borders and frames.
  • Snap pictures from right inside the app.

In addition there are in-app packs available for purchase: “Look Pack” and “Noise Reduction Pack” if needed. Keep in mind though that these packs require real-life money. Before you decide to purchase them, you may want to know that Adobe Looks Pack is meant to give photos a fun, fresh look with 20 more one-touch filters, while the Adobe Noise Reduction pack minimizes unwanted grain and speckling from the photos.

The great part? The basic functionality is free.

It’s available now at the Windows Phone Store, here: http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/adobe-photoshop-express/2ba43182-ba12-42c0-b503-158284f48bf8
