It’ll run on all versions of Windows.

As you can see, usually it’s $99…. today? Free.

Go for it. At worst you’ll hate it and CClean it. Per the website, 759 folks want this deal.

I got it, and it doesn't seem to want to play nice with Aero. Anybody else having this issue?

Yes, just like Paint Shop Pro, it runs with Aero disabled. Sorry. It does restart when you exit the program, something PSP failed to do consistently.

Got it for free painlessly. GREAT PROGRAM!

I'm no pro or anything, but the brushes and effects are great. Just did a great little watercolor.

Unlike giveawayoftheday, it doesn't need to be installed today but you do need to get the key today.
Also unlike giveawayoftheday, it can be re-installed anytime you choose.

Yup! Keep the installer as a backup and the name + key saved to note pad for easy reference. Win win!
